Natalie is an American artist, yoga teacher, and art therapy graduate student from Chicago and currently living in Washington, DC. She is inspired by nature, water, feminine forms, nostalgia, vulnerability, movement, and dream-like atmospheres. She centered her residency on exploring organic forms in clay, supplemented by playing with cyanotype and wax watercolor crayons, and analog photography. She is drawn to the somatic element of hand building, finding the process grounding for herself and clients. She hopes to continue to create art for and about herself, while inspired by all the richness and spontaneity of the world around her.
